El Capitan Won't Boot

I recently made an El Capitan hackintosh with the following specs:

Mobo: x99 USB3.1/PRO
CPU: i7-5820K
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960

When I initially installed it from a usb key, it booted and I could use the operating system.  However, once I rebooted and attempt to boot from clover boot manager with the following boot args (darkware=0 npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1 ), I just get errors and no boot.  I've tried quite an extensive variation of boot args that were suggested but have still been unable to boot.

Would really appreciate some advice, don't know where to go from here.
