apple logo stuck in loading :(

i always facing kernal panic problem donno what to do
 

i use amd64 -v
 

and done installation and start apple logo then the voice over started and stay on this logo loading for ever

i have phenom II processor 3.10 g with 7mb cash
mb : asus M4A785TD-V EVO
ram : 6gb
vga : ATI Readon HD 4350 ( external ) with crossfire internal
ATI Readon HD 3800

that is what i found after rebooting

Your processor isn't an AMD64. Try with amd -v

i done what u told me but i have another problem about HPET

and i didnt find it in bios setting any help ?

i done a test for my hardware and thats the result

I have this screen too, but i use an intel i5 CPU. I installed it correctly, whaty U said in the video, but i ise a toshiba satellite l850-12t LapTop.

My Config is:

Intel HD 3000 Graphic card

6 Gb DDR3 RAM

Realtek ALC 892 or something
