Memory allocation error

I've googled this to death and can't find anything that works. I've tried combinations of -v -f -x -s GraphicsEnabler=yes/no cpus=1 -no-zp maxmem=4096 nv_disable=1, I've removed all but one stick of ram and I've tried completely removing my system overclock and it's the same error every time. It's a fresh install with no existing install of OS X and I'm installing it along side Windows 10 but on a separate hard drive. I've triple checked my bios settings and everything looks good in there.

Specs:
i7-6800k @4.3ghz
32GB DDR4 memory
EVGA GTX 1080
EVGA Micro 2 motherboard
