Unable to figure out BIOS settings and boot into installation

Hi everyone I am trying to build a hackintosh on my new desktop after creating the bootable usb from the thread https://www.hackintosh.computer/197/hackintosh-elcapitan-macpwn-guide/. After which I have restart my computer I can't seem to boot into the installation part even after setting the boot options to my sandisk usb or selecting it from the boot options. I am guessing that I might have miss out certain settings on my BIOS I couldn't find any guides on the internet. Btw I am using a SanDisk 64GB USB and there was also this issue when I install the clover from hackintoshzone.com it prompt a message that some how relates in this way "this version of clover might not work due to compatibility version" so I am not sure if the clover is going to work properly.  Any help will be greatly appreciated! :D

My desktop specs:

Intel i3-6100 3.7Ghz

8GB RAM (Corsair)

Windows 10 Pro (64bit)

Gigabyte H110M-S2PV DDR3

SMBIOS ver 2.8


BIOS version F1


Settings that I have adjusted on my BIOS.

Optimized defaults.

vt-d - Disabled

Secure boot - Disabled

SATA change to AHCI

BIOS EHCI Hands off - Enabled

OS type - Other OS

Wake on LAN -Disabled

Legacy USB support - Enabled
