Building for After Effects and Cinema 4D

I need a powerful machine for Adobe After Effects, PS, Premiere and Cinema 4D.

I would buy the Mac Pro 2013 black tower, but it hasn't been updated since, well ...2013. I can't spend that kind of money on a machine that is two years old.

I don't know much about Hackintosh, if I can have a stable Hackintosh I would build it. Can anyone give me specs for a stable powerful machine that I could build?
