Yosemite 10.10.1 Problem with installing and partitions

Hy guys I am new here and I dont know if I am posting this where should I but please help. So my problem is this: I have installed windows 7 and created 2 partitions: One for Windows and second for mac. But when I go to install mac,everything is ok until I have to erase that partition. So problem is that when I click on that partition it cannot be erased to mac os journaled extended... It is greyed and cannot be mounted. Problem says: Volume eraise failed with the error: 

Couldnt modify partition map. :(

disk's name is disk0s2 


Guys please if you know help me....

may be you should go to safe mode and use disk utility and then erase this partition
