[HELP] Update to 10.10.4

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody,
since i did the installation of yosemite i get the 10.10.4 update on AppStore.
So my problem is, I don't know if I can go ahead and do the "normal" update on the os, or if I need any tool for it like the dmg file and burn it to my usb, etc.. then do the installation, the thing is I don't wanna waste a lot of time in this and don't wan't to lose my data, if it is impossible to do a normal update is there anyway to hide the update? I already tried press right click and hide the update and it didn't work.

Hello

I think that simple update will be problematic.

I have done update for my MSI gs60 Hackintosh, but at first reboot I have to boot at single mode and replace just updated kernel with kernel from http://forum.osxlatitude.com/index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_id=7645.

I think that you should to do same.

Good luck.

Hi! Sorry for comment an older post. But exists any way to hide the updates? (Now 10.10.5...). Thanks in advice! Nicolai.
