Restart Problem

I've successfully installed OS X Yosemite on my hackintosh, I've got all the boot flags etc. However when I restart my computer it doesn't automatically reboot, it gets stuck on the motherboard screen (where it asks me to press F2 or Del to enter my BIOS). Any way I can fix this?

My specs are:

Intel i7-3820

32GB Ram

P9X79 Pro MoBo
