X99 Install, (One Problem, Help Needed)

Hoping someone can help. I'm a complete novice when it comes to Hackintoshing, first time in fact. Anyway, everything when perfect (I was shocked) considering I'm running an X99 LGA2011v3 system.

My only problem being; I'm having to boot from USB drive every time I start my Hackintosh. Is this right? Did I miss something? Is there anything I can do? like I said, I'm a complete novice.

My system:

Niresh (Hackintosh Zone) Yosemite 10.10.1

Asus X99-A

8GB DDR4 2133Mhz

(And some crappy, (Temporary) Nvidia Graphics Card)

Any help will be appreciated. (As I'm very happy with how fast this machine is compared to windows and considering it's only a HDD as apposed to an SSD) (literally, everything just zips around without a hitch lol)
