Bios not recognizing SSD hard drive

Recommended Posts

Here is the components I used-

Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H mATX
Core i7-4790K
Crucial Ballistix Tactical (32GB)
Samsung 850 EVO 120GB
Corsair CS 550 Watt
Fractal Design Core 1000

No Graphics card. DVI to monitor.

OSX Yosemite.

When I a boot from a thumb drive the installation does not see my SSD I installed. I checked the Gigobyte Bios and it only sees the Thumb drive. I am a stuck and not sure what to check. I double checked the cables and everything appears connected correctly. I could photo the connections if that would help.

Any suggestions?

This is my first Hackintosh build. It will be a render server. One of five is my plan.
