Need some help with AMDHackintosh

Question

Hello guys.

I need some help. My system specs are :

Asrock 970 Pro 3 rev2.0

AMD Phenom II x6 1055T

AMD Radeon HD6770

8GB DDR 3 1600

Niresh Yosemite Zone 10.10

I'm having trouble enable proper QE CI on the Mac. I followed the Radeon 6770 full QE_CI thread and Mac OS X detecs the card (as AMD 5000 Radeon) and gets the memory right (it's 1024mb), but outside of Safe Mode, it just boots to a grey screen. When I boot into safe mode, I can get full memory and 1080p resolution, but before booting it goes grey, then black and then loads. Not on safe mode, it just stays grey with a spinning beachball.

I checked my loaded kexts and it loads AMD5000Controller, AMDSupport and AMDFramebuffer (all are version 1.2.8), but it doesn't load the AMDRadeonX3000 kext. While everything loads, the problem is certain apps need OpenGL QE_CI like Skype, and Sketch and so on. The only modication I did was modify the AMD5000Controller and AMDRadeonX3000 kexts, I added "0x68BA1002" to them (my card's address". It works great with the AMD5000Controller, but doesn't want to load the Radeonx3000 kext. It also gives me at boot GPU Virtualization Disabled (No Multisplace, No DMA Page update).

What should I be doing. I can supply more info if you need it.

    • Hi guys I've installed Yosemite Zone 10.10.1 on my PC who has the following specs: CPU: FX-8850 GPU: R7 260X MOBO: 990FXAUD3 REV 4.0

I installed yosemite zone 10.10.1 without any problem and successfully installed the ethernet drivers with the PKG i found in the downloads section of hackintosh zone, I wanted to update to 10.10.5 to install the R7 260X drivers which i can download from the site but now when i enter my bootflags: npci=0x2000 and PCIRootUID=1 and I choose my ssd from chameleon bootloader it boots up and I can see it starts to load stuff when i put -v  but then the screen goes black and the system just reboots. Pls tell me how to fix thanks in advance.
    • Hi DAFFY,   Yes. High Sierra is actually installed on a Z270-F from Asus ROG. Everything's good with it.
    • Dear Community,   First of all I would like to apologise for my horrible English knowledge.   Well, I have one main problem with my hackintosh.   The first and most annoying problem is gIOScreenLockState 3. I've just tried some kexts but still this problem. Now, if I start without -v I just get black screen.   Thanks for reading,   TheXeno
    • Can anyone specify the best or minimum NVidia GPU for Yosemite OS? Can someone list it? including the best GPU that can be supported with the nvidia web drivers. Does GT730 is supported? I only have DDR3 slot for my motherboard.
