Stopping at weird animation screen

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to set this up on my G73SW-A1(Cpu i7-2630QM, Gpu Nvidia gtx 460m, Wlan Atheros AR9285, Chipset HM65 Express)

and when I get past the logo with the progress bar it stays on this animation between these two images:

 What do these even mean?

Thank you.

That is the screen that come sup when setting up a Mac. It's asking to connect a keyboard and mouse. Does it not progress from this naturally if you leave it? Have you tried pressing mouse buttons / keyboard keys?

It stays on that screen, I left it up for over 30 mins.

Try pressing the spacebar a couple of times, thats what I did and it worked.

It works now sort of. But during the end of the install it hangs and I get errors. Then when I reboot and try to log in to my partition (Mac OS Extended) it shows the hackintosh load bar then about 1/3 way through it goes to a black screen and nothing happens.

Errors during install:

That's a Kernel Panic, make a new post about it with more detail and someone will probably respond to you with the right answer.

@bnosam reinstall and try to log the error to bypass the screen which shows you to connect a keyboard just keep pressing space key
