Macbook pro 2009 intel core duo kernel panic on fresh install any os x on new hard drive

Question

i got a Macbook pro 2009 i just replace the hard drive with one new from 1t , and when i try to do a clean install via usb , it begun to install and at 50% kernel panic , on yosemite but on Maverick boot the installer but freeze at the end , same with mountain lion , i have read it only happen with this model , that need an memory graphix update from Mac????? i just try to run a linux mint and run smooth , that tell me its not hardware problem . Any Ideas , Please Help :)
