I can confirm that this works.

I had the same problem and it's booting up fine now. We'll test more. Splendid work @. Thank you.

System:

Acer Veriton

i5-3330

probably an Acer crappy motherboard

4GB DDR3 800Mhz

Intel HD graphics

Installed without changing anything on the settings.

Everything is working fine so far. Got rid of the boot0: error too!

One thing is bothering me, though. I see images flickering whenever i scroll up and down from a website, whenever i move an open window to a different portion of the screen.

Is there a fix to this? or is this a problem on my hardware since i'm using Intel IGP?

i don't think this is a hardware issue though..

just to confirm, THIS IS A VALID SOLUTION, many thanks to all.

I needed to find page via google cache, because it is not live. Just to confirm

https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:tyxGbaolC0EJ:https://www.hackintosh.computer/16/solve-hackintosh-apple-intel-cpu-power-management-kext/+&cd=5&hl=es&ct=clnk&gl=es

How to Fix No HPET Available

You only need to remove AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement

from

/System/Library/Extensions/

Thanks to all

It seems it solved my problem.

I had High Sierra, then it was not starting anymore.

I created the USB drive with the Mountain Lion iso and then it was starting for the first initialization and configurations. After some time 3 beeps and freeze.

I removed and cleaned the RAM, Tried full verification of the RAM in HW test and It seems ok.

In the verbose mode I saw that message about HPET. Did these steps and now It is working.

Now I will restart hope it keeps working :)

Thanks!

-Vinicius,

It is strange that now it seems the system boots correctly, but when I try to reboot or shutdown at the end 3 beeps and black screen. power led also blink with the beeps.
