No Problem. Here is my org.chameleon.plist file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
<key>Credits</key>
<string>Niresh</string>
<key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
<string>y</string>
<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>y</string>
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>npci=0x2000 dart=0</string>
<key>Timeout</key>
<string>15</string>
<key>UseKernelCache</key>
<string>y</string>
</dict>
</plist>

The only flags I used during install were amd64 -v. :)

If anyone wants to know what all the boot flags mean, I used this resource to figure them out.  http://www.macbreaker.com/2012/01/list-of-common-hackintosh-boot-flags_29.html

I just want to say "WOW!" and "WTF?"

-I ran Uniengine's Heaven Graphical Benchmark on both systems. Both settings exactly the same.

-OS X Mavericks score: 641

-Windows 8.1 score: 619

This means that the kernel programming and kext in the OSX is more attuned to the hardware of my graphics card. Wow.
