[Need help]Graphics problem (artifacts) on Nvidia 9500gt

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I installed Niresh 10.9 onto my desktop with

CPU - Amd Athlon II X2 270

GPU - Nvidia 9500GT

Motherboard - Asus M4A78

6 Gb Ram

and stuff

Most of the things work, but I got some artifacts in Launchpad:

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%20%

Google Chrome:

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%20%

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%20%

Telegram:

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%20%

And Skype:

%D0%A1%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA%20%

I tried GraphicsEnabler=Yes/No but it didn't help.

How can I solve this problem? Thanks!

Getting the same problem with my GTX 560 Ti. All kexts are installed (and I have also tried others to no avail).

Not hijacking the thread - just wanted to make people aware of the same issue on another card.

I found that the problem frequently caused a mistake of the kernel. What proccesor do you have?

AMD Phenom II x4, using the amd64 kernel in Niresh's Mavericks distro.
