Error: - 69874 : Couldn't modify partition map

Can anyone help me? 

BootLoader: Chameleon

Motherboard: ASUS M2N68-AM Plus

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4850e

RAM: 4GB DDR2

Graphic: NVIDIA GEFORCE GT-630 4GB SDDR3

 Installation completed successfully, after boot:

When I click on the partition Mountain Lion comes out a white screen that is this:

SOLVED! I shoulded only do the first boot in safe mode(safe mode flag). If i will have some problem i will post here!

STOP HERE!

Hei guys, i have a serious problem...I reformatted the partition(from windows) where there was mac to reinstall them but when i go to disk utiity to format the partition where i want install mac it say:  impossible to modify the map of the partitions(in italian is impossibile modificare la mappa delle partizioni).

What can i do?

(I have an MBR boot)(I tried with  /sbin/fsck -fy but nothing changes)

My Partitions:

When in the menu Disk Utility i Select Disk "D" and i select the formato "Mac os Extended(Journaled)" and press "Inizializza" It say "impossible to modify partition map"

SOLVED! I SHOULD ONLY RESIZE THE PARTITION "C" AND "D". I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT IT WORK! BYE AND THANKS  :D

Also you can use Paragon Partition Manager and Format HFS+ done 

:)
