Try: ahcidisk=1, cpus=1, npci=0x2000

Quicktip: You cannot combine flags like -v & -x like this: -vx as you stated earlier.

I tried:

amd -v -x ahcidisk=1, cpus=1, npci=0x2000

and:

amd -v -x, ahcidisk=1, cpus=1, npci=0x2000

Result is same to past ("Still wating for root device") for both :(

Chipset SATA Controller is broken. im using a "FastTrack 376" PCI to SATA Controller.

I tried:

- Removed PCI to SATA card from PCI Slot (Power on without HDD)

- An IDE to SATA Converter

- Turned off onboard LAN & Audio

- Turned on/off onboard IDE & SATA controller, SATA IDE/AHCI/RAID mode

- Each case is tried one by one, Plus mixed all of this!

For each case that error printed: "Still wating for root device"

(Sorry for my bad English)
