Installed OS X 10.9 OK. 1st reboot the grey apple & wheel stopped

Recommended Posts

I installed OS X 10.9 OK. On the 1st reboot the grey apple & wheel was displayed, then the wheel stopped spinning

I have tried a number of boot options, but with the same outcome.  I have attached a verbose boot screenshot to see if anyone can help me further.  All help and comments appreciated.
