Lenovo ThinkPad T510 i7 Mavericks [AGPM Controller] Unknown Platform

Recommended Posts

Hey guys this is my first post, so sorry if I get anything wrong. I got the Mavericks DMG loaded it up on an 8 gig flash drive, booted it with somewhat success. By that, I mean I saw an Apple logo, then I saw the spinner stop and sit for a bit, then I rebooted with the -v boot arg and it sayed at the very bottom [AGPM Controller] Unknown Platform. What does this mean, and how do I fix it? I followed a set of instructions beforehand, so I booted with -s (Single user mode) but fsck -fymount -uw / is an illegal command apparently, so I couldn't finish. My computer should work fine, I've not installed Mavericks yet, and the last time I used Mavericks was about a year ago, and I've got quite accustomed to the way things work with that, and even if Windows has some good things, I think that Mavericks is better in general. If you guys can help, I thank you in advance, and wish you luck. If there is anything else you need to know, I can answer. Thanks
