First off, Enable HPET and set your SATA controller mode to AHCI in the bios. After that, Use the Niresh Mavericks build and use win32diskimager to mount the DMG file to a usb drive (8gb or larger)

You have to have AHCI enabled in your BIOS. It may be labeled as IDE/SCSI/SATA and you want to select "SATA". TAKE CAUTION, though, because Windows will not run if you change this setting since it was not installed with this setting. Also, you must ensure you have a SATA drive if you select it.

In addition, make sure you downloaded the .dmg file and NOT the .iso file, my computer would not boot using the .iso. Use Win32DiskImager to mount the DMG file to your USB drive and boot from it using HP's boot menu (usually one of the F keys at first startup).

We need to unlock the bios to allow these settings to be enabled I have gotten a bootloader to load using clover bootloader i can get to uuid is screen then what i believe to be a write failure due to the AHCI being disabled and or a kernel panic due to the Pentium n3520 central processing unit not having an adequate kernel

    • Has anyone managed to run the atheros 9485 run on Mojave? I even managed to make him recognize, but he can not find any network.
    • Hello everyone  I have installed High Sierra and updated to 10.13.6 before installing nVidea web drivers. After everything was installed (Kexts and the driver) everything booted fine. Graphics worked perfectly. My onboard USB did not work but I have some generic NEC USB 2.0 card that works fine. After a reboot later in the day, I had a weird kernel panic. It spit out strings no longer than 30 charters and then proceeded to reboot. I have not seen this type of panic . This happened when using the onboard USB 3.0 controller but was fixed by removing the device. But now I'm not sure what caused this. I have reinstalled about 15 times already. Here are my specs: ASUS B150 Plus D3 Intel Pentium G4400 ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 2GB WD Blue 500GB HDD 8GB Ram Some generic wireless card (That works) Thanks -T
