Error While Booting

When ever I try to boot I get this error message:

 

 

I'm new to this xd

 

Should I have even tried to install it with this:

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

2.1 GHz Athlon II Duel Core P320

I'm also trying to boot niresh on my hp 625 laptop with almost similar specs: 

Amd Athlon II p320 with radeon hd 4200

3gb ram 150gb Hdd. Its an old laptop I know but it should run niresh I guess. I can successfully get to the install screen. Install it successfully but on first boot am always getting errors and it never boots. Right now it just gives me a black screen when I try to boot. I believe its the customize options during install that are to blame. Any help please?
