Intel hd 4000 on 7 Series motherboard

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have been successfully using niresh's mavericks 10.9.2(updated from 10.9.0) to my laptop for some time. I got a new desktop and I placed the laptop's hard drive inside it. When I moved the hard drive I had to boot in single user mode and run 'grafix backup all' to be able to boot with low resolution and bad graphics. I am having GIGABYTE GA-H77-DS3H and an i7 3770 with intel hd 4000 graphics chipset. As you can see I am using intel 4000 on a 7 sereis motherboard (h77 not h67) so I think mac tries to load the intel hd 3000 graphics kext instead of the 4000. I have already tried the kexts https://www.hackintoshzone.com/files/file/206-intel-hd-3000-4000-native-for-1092/ and https://www.hackintoshzone.com/topic/1639-intel-hd-3000-and-4000-native-v2-download-for-1092/. Does anybody have any idea?
