DSDT Editing Question

Recommended Posts

Hi All

I currently have a HP Pavilion 14-b030tu Sleekbook which i found out that can run Hackintosh.

After doing extensive research, i have found a DSDT for a HP Pavilion 14-b042tu which has exactly the same hardware as the b030tu but the only thing that is different between both of them is the CPU. His is a i3 3217u while mine is a i5-3317u. I have contacted the guy who made the DSDT and he said that i should create my own one as there may be differences. I also currently have a DSDT that i created with AIDA64 Extreme in Windows 8.

What i want to know is how can i extract the edits that he has done in his DSDT and how can i implement them into my one?

Thanks

Under his blog it says that his

-FN keys
-HD4000
-HDEF
-Battery level
-Backlight Brightness (Auto Adjust + HotKeys)
