Can't boot

Last time I posted this on the 10.9 section, but I found this section just now. Hopefully someone will help me.
Basically when I try to boot from the ISO image, it shows an "access denied" icon or something.

are you on AMD processor i had the same problem try adding npci=0x3000 or npci=0x2000

i used /amd npci=0x3000
