USB pen doesn´t boot

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody.

I downloaded AMD Mojave and copied it into a usb pen using transmac (using the 'restore disk image' option).

Once done, I try to boot from the pendrive and nothing happens. The screen just stay in 'Loading operating system', as happens when tries to find any bootable drive.

I tried it with two differents pendrives and in evey usb port in the computer. I have tried too to modify bios options in many ways following guide´s indications.

Could you help me?

My computer specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-D3 (Chipset AMD 970 in the nort bridge and chipset AMD SB950 in the south bridge).

Processor: AMD FX-8120.

Graphics card: Gigabytge AMD RADEON HD 7750. (0x683F).

Hard Disk: 128 GB SSD + 3 TB HDD, both SATA.

Thanks for the help.

Did you try to boot selecting the first "legacy usb device"?
If so, try to boot selecting the "Usb UEFI partition 1".

Yes, I tried every single option that my motherboard bios has, and nothing happens.
