Try converting your system disk to APFS:

1. Enter Recovery mode (select Recovery HD in clover)

2. Go to Utility>Terminal. Enter the diskutil command and see the ID of the disk on which your system is installed (e.g. disk0s2).

3. Now type in the command: diskutil apfs convert [here type IDENTIFIER of your disk].

4. Wait until the program has finished.

I can't install the recent Mojave update to 10.14.4. I also can't seem to boot back into Windows after installing Niresh Mojave on a different partition.

@RedneckDude I had this issue as well, easy fix. Boot up your win 10 Install Disk or USB, click on repair my computer, then advanced options. Open Command Promt and
enter command: bcdboot C:\Windows /s 😄 /f uefi
you will get a success message and then you can reboot into windows
