Lenovo Z510 Post Installation Help

Recommended Posts

I was able to Install High Sierra on my Laptop somehow.

But the Graphics (Intel HD4600 and Nvidia 740m), Sound and Wifi isn't working.

Also, I don't know what I did wrong but the OS doesn't boot without the installation USB.

Need some help.

Thanks :)

@J0hnW1ck Yes, Download and Install only FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext

Thanks a lot. Graphics are working perfectly!

Audio working with VoodoHDA.

My last question:

Is there any way to enable my dedicated graphics card (Nvidia 470m) ?

Also Bluetooth isn't working.

@J0hnW1ck I think Nvidia 470m is not supported by macOS, but i need to verify.

Oops, I meant 740m not 470m.

Sorry for the confusion.

Can we enable both?

Thanks :)
