Just Change Your Mac OS Version From Your Bootloader. Set It as Mac Book Pro (Late 2011) And Then Try To Install High Sierra. The Installation Would be Successful.

To Change Your Mac OS Version,

Restart Your Computer.

When The boot loader opens, Go To Settings and Then Change Your Mac OS Version

@TuxHero Log says an error occurred while extracting packages core.pkg, this could be a problem with corrupted DMG or Corrupted USB, use a new pen drive.
