Acer Nitro AN515-42 with Ryzen CPU & AMD Radeon RX 560X

Recommended Posts

Hi, all!

I buy Acer Nitro 5 notebook with AMD Ryzen APU 2500U with vega 8 integrated graphics (2 - 3,6gHz) and discrete graphics AMD Radeon RX 560X.

This system have 8 Gb DDR4 memory and 1Tb HDD.

I want to run Mac OS under this hardware and found my graphics Radeon RX 560X in compability list by AMD 9500 controller kext( https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/9gn91k/all_supported_amd_gpus_from_macos_mojave_beta_11/ ) with 0x67EF1002: Baffin ( Radeon RX 460, 560D, Pro 450, 455, 460, 555, 555X, 560, 560X ).

Is this graphics have native support in High Sierra?

Can any chances to run hackintosh under my hardware?

I run installer but AMD AHCI controller cant detect SSD\HDD. Seems only one possible way is installing on external USB drive. Controller ID is 7901 1022. Try to spoof SATA id by 0x01060100 but it's wont work.

Have we kext for AMD AHCI controllers?
