Help Niresh's 10.9 Freezes and Crashes

Hello! Every day i have a problem with freezes and crashes. Help only hard restart my computer using the power button. How can i fix it?
My computer:
 

Intel core i5 3570k;
5Gb Ram;
Geforce GTS 450;
320Gb HDD;
Asus B75M-Plus motherboard.

More detail needed. Where it freezes? Can you recreate the situation? What do you mean by crash? In OSX its KP.

This can happen at any time, when i use safari, play games, and use any others program. Sometimes I go away, and when I return, I can see that my computer crash.When it crashes I can move the cursor, but sometimes computer freezes completely. Sorry for my English

try boot flag -x

as it will disbale many things in OSX, but just to check work with -x and see it prevents crashes.

Thats Good. Boot with -x.

Start kext wizard and make cache.

 

Reboot with flag -v UseKernelCache=No.

Tell results. Or if you mean it didn't solve the issue then goto about this mac-system report-file-save

and upload it.

So, my system has freezed just. I watched the film in Safari, i could hear sound and move cursor. I restarted my computer

Alright, seems smbios problem. Try MacBook Pro 8.1 (Slytherin/Multibeast/CHameleon Wizard etc) many will do it for you. Dont do it yourself manually there are IDS that need to be generated.
