stuck in apple loading screen

my configuration is as follows, when i try to install mountain lion it freezes in the loading screen with the apple logo

Boot using -v and post a pic where the computer get stuck at

I was able to install it now, but while setting it up my PS2 keybroad stops working and hence i can't set it up
