No sound after upgrade 19.0.1

Hello, could help. after upgrading my system to version 1.9.1, lost sound and I have not found any kext q recupararlo can help me. 

 

My hardware is: 

00:1 b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation Cougar Point High Definition Audio Controller [8086:1 c20] (rev 05) 

 

  01:00.1 Audio device [0403]: nVidia Corporation Device [10de: 0e0c] (rev a1) - HDMI

i recover sound using this kext: VoodooHDA_13_2.8.4.zip

but, i dont have input sound...... please help
