Manual update 10.8.2~ 10.8.5 fail

Recommended Posts

Hi to all .

I managed yo install 10.8.2 on Gigabyte GA-EP35C DS3R

First  start was ok with network but no sound (i did check Realtek ALC889A codec at the installation process)

All apps worked ok and i tried to manually update to 10.8.5 .

The updates showed ok and after   i got a message that the update failed .

On next restart update dosent work (appstore fails to start) and i have no network (cable is disconnected) Although the network card is flashing.

Also when the monitor shuts off (screensaver) it dosent come back again.

Does anyone have a sollution to this?

before update you need to make some changes and also before restarting ,@ is right don't waste time in updating intsall 10.8.5 by niresh much better than doing a update .
