How to change WiFi card from en1 to en0

Hello. I Want to use iMessage using my USB WiFi card but the wifi card is set to en1 and imessage will not work with it. How can i change the wifi from en1 to en0. Thanks.

How many network adapters do you have?

Like WiFi or Ethernet?
