macOS Sierra 10.12.6 usb error

I'm having some trouble getting my usb ports to work with sierra 10.12.6 on my hp dc5700 sff modded pcie 1x slot to support evga gt 710 pci express 2.0 Specs. evga gt 710 2Gb. 4.5Gb ddr2 ram, Intel core 2 duo E7300 wolfdale-3m socket 755 sse 4.1. Sometimes my keyboard and mouse work sometimes they dont. Need help fixing. Comes up Appleehci error not enumerating usbs also sometimes sticks at Usbehci sleep: 0 wake:0 or something like that. Any help will be appreciated. I know i can use ioedit but i have no idea what im doing with it.
