  2. #UPDATE AS OF APRIL 27, 2018 Thursday, 3:53 PM EST SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS After you figure out how to get High Sierra 10.13 or 10.13.4 installed to a USB with Clover Bootloader, and you're loaded onto MacOS High Sierra: Download Clover Configurator and MOUNT your partition and OPEN it to reveal your EFI folder. Delete it. Simply download the attached ZIP and unzip it by double clicking it. Then copy and paste the EFI folder you unzipped to the location of your mounted partition. Done. Enjoy. Special thanks to Jake Lo ! WORKING [Dell M6800 - High Sierra 10.13.4] Sleep/Wake WHILE THE POWER CORD IS PLUGGED IN (Not from closing the screen down, but from clicking the Apple logo and sleep or by timer). Wi-Fi (AirPort Extreme) via Broadcom BCM43xx. 2 USB ports on the LEFT side as USB 2.0/3.0 and the 1 USB 2.0/eSATA on the back. KeyBoard. TouchPad (With MultiTouch - Fully functional) iMessage, iCloud, FaceTime, AppStore work perfectly. NVIDIA Graphics work perfectly thanks to the Lilu and NvidiaGraphicsFixUp kext. THIS FIXES THE BLACK OR BLANK SCREEN PROBLEM. DVD-Drive/Burning if you even care to use CD, DVD disk. Bluetooth (Works even with Apple HomePod =] ) Ethernet/RJ-45 2 USBs on right side as USB 2.0/3.0 Native Sound (On board Speakers and can adjust sound with buttons) SD Card Readers Adjusting Brightness (Download an app from the AppStore called Brightness Slider -OR- use Night Shift [will not adjust brightness, but will be bearable]). NOT WORKING [Dell M6800 - High Sierra 10.13.4] Headphone Jack (Excessive Static) LINKS Because this site only allows 10MB of an upload per file and my zip is over that limit, I am providing direct links. NOTE - You only need to download ONE of these files, but if you feel the need to have both then why not. You're just causing confusion. This ZIP file is the entire EFI zipped into a nice package. It will completely imitate my High Sierra and cause all of the above to work on your system either with Intel/Nvidia graphics, I am sorry for the AMD GFX holders, I cannot help you. Your search continues. All you must do is delete your entire EFI folder and replace it with mine and restart. Enjoy. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Vh8Oc2lt-aBzBC_EisR5W4mOMZFFPvjR This is a pure copy of only my CLOVER folder complete with all needed kext and config.plist https://drive.google.com/open?id=14QCf-mlGZU-v9zzaVyP4iNa3BhmGhPIw
  3. Hello, I am trying to install MacOS using the High Sierra Zone Installer on a spare drive on my desktop PC, since I wish to gain experience with MacOS. I am a Linux user, however I did have Windows 10 on a spare hard drive (I need my Sapphire Radeon HD5850 Xtreme to work properly with OpenCL), so I used Windows to create the installation medium (16GB USB3.0/MicroUSB2.0 Sandisk Drive, I have no USB3.0 ports on my desktop) via TransMac. My issue is, both USB (my keyboard is a USB keyboard) and PS/2 (my mouse is a PS/2 mouse) fail to function when launching the High Sierra Zone Installer from Clover, they both work properly within Clover (also, the rest of the hardware appears to be recognized by Clover, including my graphics card and my (integrated) sound controller, I have no idea about my wireless card, however I can always install it's drivers from TP-LINK's website). My hardware is as such: Intel DH55HC motherboard - latest UEFI Intel Core i3-540 Sapphire Radeon HD5850 Xtreme Generic (A4Tech) PS/2 mouse Generic (Silver Line) USB2.0 keyboard. TP-LINK TL-WN781ND v.2 (Atheros AR9485) I had already tried different options, such as disabling USB ownership and USB injection (both together and each one by itself) and I had even tried replacing the USB and PS/2 kexts with updated versions by RehabMan, and the situation has neither improved, nor got worse.

  9. Hi! I'm a little new to this hackintosh thing (ive heard about it before but never really tried it out). Yesterday I decided to try out and install macOS on my PC, but before trying anything on the actual computer, i tried it on a virtual machine first. I downloaded Niresh's Hackintosh Mavericks (both the iso and the dmg) and it installed successfully on VirtualBox (including a Windows/MacOS dualboot), so i wanted to install it on the actual computer, and i followed all the instructions included with the download of Mavericks, here on Hackintosh Zone. Although I noticed that my BIOS doesnt have all the settings supposedly needed to boot into the USB drive after Restoring the dmg with Win32Imager, so it wont boot. I connected the USB into the Virtual Machine and it does detect it, although i cannot boot into the USB itself (from the actual computer). Can anyone help me? Specs: Computer: Acer Aspire ES1-533 Processor: Intel Pentium CPU N4200 @1.10GHz RAM: 6GB HDD: 1TB BIOS: InsydeH2O
  10. Hi everyone! My pc specs are these: Dell Optiplex 3010 mobo: Dell 042P49 cpu: i3-3240 gpu: hd2500 (will be added a new gt710 next week) So, I've installed from usb after setting up (I hope correctly) the bios (legacy, uefi doesn't work properly I think) and, even if I've restarted after waiting so long when it said "less than a minute remaining", I can boot just fine into Sierra in my SSD ("Hackintosh") selecting, when I start/restart the pc, boot from Hackintosh. Everything works fine except graphics (I know hd2500 is not supported so I just bought an used gt710 that will arrive next week), audio (it worked 2 times after setting with clover configurator, then it stopped) and ethernet (I think it's faulty, anyway I've a wifi dongle that works fine). BUT if the usb created with restoreSierra is not connected I can see Clover bootloader but I can't see my SSD "Hackintosh" which is the drive Sierra is installed in. I'm pretty sure something in post installation (Clover configurator -> Boot section) is missing, these are the steps I made after the automatic initial setup: Mount EFI partition of SSD (since is not mounted by default) Install Multibeast in order to install Clover Legacy and fix audio (but it doesn't work anymore, IDKW) Copy EFI folder from HZ usb Delete EFI folder from EFI partition of SSD Paste EFI folder from HZ to EFI partition of SSD When I restart the pc w/o usb plugged I can't see the SSD, the space over the rounded icons is empty except from BOOT from EFI (and if select it it reload the same thing). I hope someone could help me, this is my first step in hackintosh world Have a nice day

    USB Devices Not Working

Hey everyone So I have been setting up Yosemite Zone 10.10 and I've been hitting some issues, I got Clover set up completely but since then USB Devices don't work anymore. By USB Devices I am referring to a USB Mouse and a USB Keyboard, Both made by logitech. I am using these boot flags: nv_disable=1(I dont have the Web Drivers installed yet)GraphicsEnabler=Yes USBBusFix=Yes npci=0x3000 -v SPECS: MSI 970A Pro Gaming Carbon AMD FX-8300 Zotac Nvidia GTX 750Ti 20GB of DDR3 RAM, 2x8GB Corsair Vengence and 1x4GB HyperX Fury ASUS Xonar DG audio card Kingston 120GB SSD carrying Windows 10 WD Blue 1TB With 4 partitions. #1=Mac, #2=Linux, #3=Data and #4=EFI If anyone could give some help it would be greatly appreciated Note=I Installed already and it was working before I installed Clover, I haven't tried safe mode yet but I will update when I can EDIT: Apparently Safe Mode is refusing to load because it can't load the Kernel Cache with error 0xe
  14. Is there a Niresh Sierra 10.12.4 (or higher) out there? USB trouble after updatwe, cause of GTX1080Ti Hello! Yesterday I got a GTX1080Ti and of course I want to use it with Niresh Sierra on a HP Z800. I thought cool, cause the Z800 is that close to a Macpro 5.1 that it is possible just to use Chameleon instead of clover. Well that worked perfect, so far - but there is the fight with the Nividia webdriver, cause for Pascal it needs - at least 10.12.4 or higher. The pretty cool "Niresh Sierra / macOS Sierra 10.12.3 Installer by Hackintosh Zone" is based on version 10.12.3. So i thought, no trouble give it an update - moveing to 10.12.6 via MAC update. hmmm and now it happend.... the whole USB-Thing is dying at booting, so no chance to log in - cause no mouse or keyboard is working .... grml... i had a search and found a blog, where is written that i should delete the AppleHPET.kext ..... but how without any access? Not so good... so i had a look for a different Version... but with that i had to use clover.... You get the image? Do you have please an advise for me? Cheers!
  15. How to run Sierra Hackintosh on USB Hi there I'm trying to install a copy of the Sierra Hackintosh not on a Hard Drive but on a USB drive. Here's what I'm using: Laptop: Asus / Intel Core i5-3210M 2.5GHz / Nvidia GeForce 610M 2GB / RAM 12GB / SSD 500GB USB: Kingstone HyperX Savage 64GB What I did: I followed the guide to install it on a HDD and there a USB is used to install the OS on the HDD. That's why I'm using another USB to install the OS on my USB HyperX. To install it Plugged both the USBs on my laptop and then completed the installation process installing the OS on the HyperX. After that the laptop restarts, but if I boot the HyperX alone it will tell me to reboot using a proper boot option. I checked using TransMac if the USB actually has the OS installed in, and it does. So here's the problem: Can I install the Sierra Hackintosh on my USB drive? How can I boot it correctly? I'd like to be able to run Sierra by just plugging that HyperX onto any computer.
  16. Sierra usbs not working on laptop acer v7 582pg Hi everybody! After installing Sierra zone usbs, webcam, and microphone are not working. ( wifi and intel 4400 either but that is less urgent ). Laptop hardware works almost out of the box on Yosemite Zone ( Unfortunatelly Xcode is a requirement ). Everytime I save clover configurator plist, even if I don't change anything, I get a system up time and doesn't boot anymore. Any help will be greatlty appreciated. More info: Laptop hardware is i54200u, gtx750m. Bios locked. For installation I boot from usb2.0 port with flags -x -v maxmem=4096 dart=0 it shows "waiting root device" message until I remove the usb device from the 2.0port and plug it into the 3.0 port and installation automatically resumes. I guess something is wrong with the usbs right from the start.

OS X on Acer 532h Atom

OS X on Acer 532h Atom I have a Acer Aspire One 532h, it has a Aton n450 processor, I've been trying to install OS X on it for the past week and I've faced many issues so far. My install has to be via USB, and I don't have a Mac or hackintosh right now. Using Niresh Mountain Lion 10.8.5 DMG file I can easily put the install on a USB drive, however it has Clover, no boot flag or config makes it boot. The laptop just reboots immediately after I hit enter. I tried downloading the 10.8.2 iso, but i'ts a ISO and the guide to put it on USB with Windows doesn't work, so I can't move on. I also want to know if Niresh's 10.8.5 ISO contains a different bootloader from the DMG and the kernel support for atom processors.

If I plug a flash drive in and remove it. it works (Same for running the OS I have to put a flash drive in when I get to Apple screen or Hackintosh screen and remove it to get any sort of progression? Any ideas? Lol (remember I am a noob) Another issue, it takes literally around 30-45 Minutes for the OS to start (Have to keep moving mouse and clicking etc for it to do anything) Another issue, Wifi doesn't work and last issue I have ran into upto now.
