  1. Hello everyone, years ago, I bought a Hackintosh which was running very smooth on Lion. Because of some software updates, I had to update my system to Yosemite. Because there seems to be no way of getting the official Yosemite installer anymore, I decided to install Yosemite Zone. Everything worked perfect, I run MultiBeast after installation. No here comes my Problem: The Hackintosh won't boot at the first attempt. After showing the Apple Logo load screen for a few seconds (loads until around 1/3), the display goes into sleep and won't wake up. After pressing "reset", the window says "Waiting for ME ready...", then shuts down and restarts. Usually at the third time the Hackintosh goes past the Apple logo and shows another load screen, then boots. Sometimes it then freezes on the second load screen or the log-in screen. If it boots, everything is working perfectly fine! These are my specs (as far as I could figger out): Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3 GeForce 8600GT Intel Core i7 3,49 GHz 16 GB Ram Does anyone have any idea what I could do? Thank you so much! Sylvan
  2. Hello, I succesfuld installer High Sierra from Hackintosh Zone on my PC. All components works. USB Mouse, USB Keyboard, USB Wi-fi (TP-Link), Audio. But I have a problem with mouse cursor. For example: after I resize the window cursor won't change back to normal pointer. It happens with every type of cursors (hand, resize etc). It happens on clean installation. No Adobe soft (I read something about Adobe soft, that could do that). Do you have any idea what should I do? Second problem, that I have: I can't shutdown/sleep/log-out properly. When I'm trying to do that things, OS become frozen. I just see gray screen with cursor, but I can't even move that cursor. I must do hard-reset when it is happening. Third problem: I can't boot without USB. I chose Clover EFI (because I have non-UEFI motherboard. Tried Clover UEFI, but it didn't work properly. Graphics won't work). Any idea what can I do? It's no big problem for me, but I want to do that as it should be. Thanks!
  3. Hi everyone, Whenever I boot up my hackintosh (from restart or shut down), all USBs work fine. But whenever I put my hackintosh to sleep and then wake it up, only the USB 3.0 ports works. Unplugging it and plugging it in again doesn't work. The only way to get them working again is to restart the hackintosh. I also see this when I boot using -v: "AppleUSBEHCI::CheckSleepCapability - controller will be unloaded across sleep" and "AppleUSBOHCI::CheckSleepCapability - controller will be unloaded across sleep" Does this cause the USB 2.0 ports to stop working after I wake up my hackintosh? Specs: Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming Processor: AMD FX 6300 Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 UDIMM (2) Thanks!
  4. Hi guys. In my hackintosh everything is working, less brightness control and do not sleep after you close the laptop lid. If I click on sleep (suspend) manually, the laptop sleep and then wake up again. Does anyone know help me solve this problem? Tnks .. - Niresh Yosemite 10.10.5 - Laptop Gateway NE56R19b
  5. Hello, I have installed hackintosh 10.10.1 yosemite in virtual box on intel i5. When i run it for first time, it will freeze on hackintosh zone apple logo. So i boot it up using verbose mode ( -v flag ). I can see the process will freeze in this point. I have searched almost all forums and google but i can't figure out what to do. My system configuration OS: Windows 8.1 32 bit Processor: Intel i5 4440 Motherboard: Intel DH87RL 4th generation RAM: 4 GB Graphics Card: Intel HD4600 ( Default graphics in my processor ) I have attached screenshot taken from installing process with verbose mode. Can anyone help me with this please?

    Vostro 200 - wake issue

I have a Vostro 200 that I have been using as a Yosemite hack. The initial install using the standard USB installer worked fine. No changes or edits done at first. Messages wouldn't work, so I installed Clover... now, Messages seems to work fine, but I have another issue that has popped up... At first, the system would wake from sleep properly... Now, after installing Clover, it never wakes up... Sleep fine, but won't wake... Also, it sometimes hangs at startup now, so I did a -v and there are a lot of messages stating "refusing new kext... already have loaded version..." I can get you more specific error messages, but that message is plastered all over the boot screen... It does let me boot it up, but I would love to figure out why the system will not wake...

Problem with sleep in Asus K53e

Hey guys! First of all, thank you for your work, it's amazing. I installed Niresh (Mavericks) on my laptop and it works just fine. I had only to fix WiFi. But there is one problem: it doesn't want to go into sleep mode. I tried all three modes (fast, save etc.), but nothing helps. Laptop just turns off the screen and keeps doing something with hard drive infinitely. So I'm wondering, is there a way to determine the reason of this issue? I searched for it in logs, but didn't find anything relevant. Please help me. Specs: i5 Sandy Bridge Intel HM65 Express Intel HD 3000 (the only graphics card)
  8. Hi there! I'm trying to make a Hackintosh from my notebook. So far, I have launched Niresh Mavericks, but I haven't updated it yet to the latest version (10.9.5, I think). With GE=Yes and IntelCapriFB=3, my HD4000 works. CPU: i7-3630QM IGPU: Intel HD4000 (Capri) GPU: Radeon HD7670M 2GB Chipset: Intel HM76 (Chief River) RAM: 8GB LAN: Realtek RTL8168/8111 Gigabit-LAN (10/100/1000MBit) WLAN: Atheros AR9485WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter (bgn) WLAN2: TP-Link TL-WN725N V2 (working) BT: 4.0 Bluetooth What's not working: Bluetooth (system shows it as Enabled, but I can't even find my Hackintosh with my phone); Power Management (not using AICPUPM nor NullCPUPM); Internal WiFi (but I'm pretty sure it won't work, so I'm using TP-Link); Discrete GPU (AFAIK my BIOS is locked, so I can't turn off IGPU; if I'm wrong - tell me more about it); Function keys (kind of; when I turn the volume up with Fn keys, it's going up, but even when I stop pressing the keys, it constantly volumes up); Display brightness (I don't even have a brightness bar in System Preferences); Sleep (instant wake up, keyboard and touchpad not working, random reboot); Webcam (I mean - it's working, but it's very dark; need some control panel to increase brightness and contrast); My boot log: PasteBin Lspci: 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation Device 0154 (rev 09) 00:01.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation Device 0151 (rev 09) 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Device 0166 (rev 09) 00:14.0 USB Controller: Intel Corporation Device 1e31 (rev 04) 00:16.0 Communication controller: Intel Corporation Device 1e3a (rev 04) 00:1a.0 USB Controller: Intel Corporation Device 1e2d (rev 04) 00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation Device 1e20 (rev 04) 00:1c.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation Device 1e10 (rev c4) 00:1c.1 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation Device 1e12 (rev c4) 00:1d.0 USB Controller: Intel Corporation Device 1e26 (rev 04) 00:1f.0 ISA bridge: Intel Corporation Device 1e59 (rev 04) 00:1f.2 SATA controller: Intel Corporation Device 1e03 (rev 04) 00:1f.3 SMBus: Intel Corporation Device 1e22 (rev 04) 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Device 6840 02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Custom DSDT Request

Hello, My name is Roy and i have an awesome working Hackintosh! There is one thing that doesn't work though, sleep is not working on this motherboard, any built in hardware except for the Audio didn't work either, so i bought all separate hardware to make it run, anyway, can someone make a custom DSDT for my motherboard? i want sleep enabled and i have no idea how to edit a DSDT, all these weird lines and codes.. Anyhow, thanks in advance! Regards, Roy Motherboard: Asus P5Q3 Deluxe Wifi-ap@n DSDT.aml.zip
