  1. Hi! I'm new to the forum. I hope you can help me, that's what happens: I tried installing Hackintosh High Sierra Zone on my HP 15-r211nl laptop, followed the guide and all, but ended up always with the infamous allocation error. So I was struggling my mind to find a way though and finally found this osxaptiofix2drv-free2000.efi file, which replacing osxaptiofixdrv.efi file (after trying also osxaptiofix2drv.efi again without success), removed the allocation error, but came up stuck with a line of plus signs and nothing else. After two days of going crazy, I decided to try Hackintosh Sierra Zone (instead of High Sierra), put it on the USB key, and again... allocation error. replaced again osxaptiofixdrv.efi with the beautiful osxaptiofix2drv-free2000.efi file, and... ...IT GOES! It started installation and rebooted. The problem is: After reboot, to complete the installation, plugged out my USB drive, and selecting boot MacOS, I get again the memory allocation error, like it is not using the osxaptiofix2drv-free2000 file i provided in the usb drive. WHY? So I decided to insert the USB back in and boot MacOS from there and.. it booted and completed the installation. But everytime I want to boot MacOS I need the USB plugged in and boot from there, otherwise memory allocation error. Now.. this is frustrating... I'm asking: Why (with the osxaptiofix2drv-free2000 file) i can install sierra but not High sierra? and... How can I manage to put the osxaptiofix2drv-free2000 efi file in my MacOS installation so I don't need the USB key plugged in everytime? Please @Niresh help me... I am already gonna donate some money, but if you can help me i promise i will donate even some more. Thanks a lot. P.S. sorry for any grammar mistake...

    How to boot into USB

Hi! I'm a little new to this hackintosh thing (ive heard about it before but never really tried it out). Yesterday I decided to try out and install macOS on my PC, but before trying anything on the actual computer, i tried it on a virtual machine first. I downloaded Niresh's Hackintosh Mavericks (both the iso and the dmg) and it installed successfully on VirtualBox (including a Windows/MacOS dualboot), so i wanted to install it on the actual computer, and i followed all the instructions included with the download of Mavericks, here on Hackintosh Zone. Although I noticed that my BIOS doesnt have all the settings supposedly needed to boot into the USB drive after Restoring the dmg with Win32Imager, so it wont boot. I connected the USB into the Virtual Machine and it does detect it, although i cannot boot into the USB itself (from the actual computer). Can anyone help me? Specs: Computer: Acer Aspire ES1-533 Processor: Intel Pentium CPU N4200 @1.10GHz RAM: 6GB HDD: 1TB BIOS: InsydeH2O
  3. Hello guys!I've always been intrigued by how it could run OSX on a PC and now out of curiosity I tried to install Yosemite on my Asus F550C.Now the problem is in the partitions.Whenever I try to format or install OSX on one partition the disk utility tells me about insufficient space on disk. After doing some research I finally discovered that the space is lacking on the EFI partition which is of 100mbPartition (efi) that can not figure out how to expand, because on windows is almost untouchable (tested various sw) and with gparted I have no idea how to move.I'd like to keep intact recovery partition and the partition of windows. As I had done in the past with LinuxI put the screen below, the efi is the partition sda1.I hope some of you can help me!And sorry for my english! 5. Hi, When i installed my PC, i first installed windows and i did a empty 50gb partition for further yosemite installation.I installed last day Yosemite with the Yosemite Zone ISO (with clover). I have a problem, my Yosemite partition hasn't got an EFI partition. I tried many times to install Clover with the installer and i checked the option for UEFI BIOS and i got no results, any idea ? Thanks a lot
  6. Had no success with mavericks install, trying Yosemite install, again no success.. Not having much luck with any of these tutorials, seems like all the issues are with AMD CPU's and not a lot of help with "Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo P9600, Penryn 45nm Technology CPUs. Following all the turtorias and boot logs or tags or whatever they are called, none of the examples are any good for my system. I have scanned all the solutions on this forum, and most of the questions have gone un-answered, this site is pretty useless, going to try somewhere else..
