  1. Not 100% correct but by judging by the information you gave, if you cant install from the Appstore I think your hardware just isn't good enough. 2007 is about a long time ago, back I think when it ran Leopard. So I highly doubt that you can run even snow leopard with that hardware. (I hope that didnt sound like I am too negative, however, you should look at the minimum requirements) Based on apple: MacBook (13-inch Aluminum, Late 2008), (13-inch, Early 2009 or later
  2. Try installing it on a diff hard drive or solid state. Your hardware seems to be compatible.
  3. Hey Guys! I had always wanted to build Hackintosh since Leopard days. Unfortunately, I never had ANY knowledge with booting/bios so it took alot of research. After 3-4 times of reinstalling and installing Niresh 10.9 and fixing errors I finally got it to work smoothly! This basically runs as a legitimate mac pro. I have had NO errors since My Hackintosh build: These are the "Main" hardware* MotherBoard: P8Z77-V PRO*Wifi-togo unfortunately does not work GraphicsCard:EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti Approx. 2 GB CPU: Intel i7 3770k 3.5 ghz, (with integrated INTEL HD)** This conflicted with my Nvidia 660 ti graphics during installation and first boot up. I had to use kext's to fix this issue. Corsair Vengeance 4GB Ram (X2) Total Ram=8 GB Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Hard Drive*(Used for Hackintosh ONLY)** Crucial M500 120 GB Solid State Drive*(For Windows 7 OS) WD Blue 1 TB Hard Drive*(For my Windows File storage etc..) Non-important Other Parts* CoolMaster Case Anker Precision Mouse Razer Black Widow Ultimate 2014 Edition ASUSVH242H Display SME2420L Display 4 Fans 2 Disk Readers+ USB+ SD card readers blah blah blah. . . Built this computer 2 years prior to installing Mac Os X. Some of the hardware are a bit old. (LOL) Note: I actually installed Windows 7 before I started installing Niresh 10.9 The only hard drive I really used for this is the Seagate Barracuda 2 TB. I honestly don't know how to correctly Duo boot, so instead I have to manually change the boot setting whenever I want to boot between Windows and Mac. MacP0ison was used to fix all the Audio issues+ Much smoother Hackintosh Kext used to fix major graphics card issue conflicting with the integrated INTEL HD Manual Update installation was used to update to 10.9.3 Successfully without Kernel Panic. . . 4. Hi, I just successfully updated to 10.9.3 today however, I noticed that my Audio issue. Edit: Fixed automatically with MacP0ison! MacP0ison
  5. I had to install some kext and it fixed
  6. So everything has been installed successfully except one problem. My graphics card is being used as the crappy CPU ones from Intel.(The one that comes with Intel Core i7-3770k Quad Core Processor) Integrated.. . I have a nvidia gforce 660 Ti that isn't recognized for some reason. Ever since the beginning of the installation the screen resolution was smaller then my monitor and graphics were horrible. After installation I checked my System Profiles and it It says my display graphics card is a "Intel 3mb" when the graphics card I want to use is nvidia 660 with 2 GB.As I am typing this my screen is flashing and everything is going much slower then what my computer really is.What is the issue? My Question is how to make it recognize Nvidia GTX 660? I dont want to use the built in graphics card from Intel Processor. I tried disabling it on my bios but nothing changed How do I fix this? FIXED!! Just had to change some configs.
