  1. Hey! Have you tried to format the USB driver with the DISKPART commands? After that, try to create the media installer with the win32 disk imager. Don't forget to change your bios settings before install. Hope this helps Good luck!
  2. Open your install drive on Windows or another mac and go to EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI and rename the OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi to BKP_OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi. Just rename, don't copy. Now, try to boot the installer.
  3. Are you using SSD or HDD? If you are using SSD, you'll need to open the Disk Utility, click on View, Show All Devices. Now you can see and format the SSD. Trick: use APFS and enable TRIM to get a little bit more performance and lifetime.
  4. I solved it injecting the EDID directly on clover.
